I’m Milind, a product designer based in Bangalore, India, with 4+ years designing SaaS, fintech, and marketplace products. I started in mechanical engineering, which turned out to be the same instinct as design: taking systems apart to find the logic underneath.

I enjoy working across the full process — from understanding why a product behaves the way it does, to shipping the code that brings it to life. My focus stays on the parts that look simple but are hardest to get right: a form that doesn’t fight the user, a flow that quietly just works.

Outside of design, I read, play games, and write occasionally about design, systems, and AI.
